Managing a trip

Open My trips and enter your 6-letter confirmation code and the last name on the booking. From there you can change flights, pick seats and see any schedule changes.

Your confirmation code is in the confirmation email we sent when you booked.

Check-in

Online check-in opens 24 hours before departure.

Schedule changes

If we cancel your flight, you choose: another flight, a refund, or a credit.

Choose a new flight or a refund by the deadline in your email. After the deadline, your fare automatically becomes a travel credit.
